I don't have per drop measure but you can adjust to taste.
I call it chameleon:
Del's
lots purple-to darken the red up
some chartreuse-not to much
little red- enough to turn it redbug
little blue hi-light- enough to notice but don't overpower it.

when you pour a bait with this combo when you put it up to a light it looks like redbug. When you look at it in your hand it looks like brownish red with blue streeks of blue highlight. You take it outside it changes colors to green.

another way to make it.
Del's
motor oil
red
blue hi-light

When you take it out in the sun even when it is overcast it turns to a light almost glow green with darker redish/brownish complement colors much like what motor oil does. You can use other colors that does the same thing but it kinda seems redundant when you have ten lures all different colors then you take it out in the sun and they are almost the same glow green color under the light. I just figured out what made motoroil the color it is and I would bet that if you used other fluorescents or colors like violet that reflect light well, the color you see inside would change when the sun hits it and might open up new possibilities. I just started messing around with it.
