Yamamoto 221 color

yamomoto's 221 color is cinnamon brown with large black and purple glitter.
the bottom is a perfect match, you can see the skirt is a 221 skirt bought from yamamoto's and the bait is a fatty that we are making the mold for.


The color used is Del-Mart NightCrawler, black .035 glitter and purple .040 hex glitter
I needed to add a touch more black glitter to the bait.

there is salt added into the plastic

Del, is night crawler still the best way to get to cinnamon purple flake?

for me it is cause its one color with no mixing or remembering,

Cool. I've got it added in my shopping cart. Now, What color is an Opaque Chartruese tail? I use your Chartruese color, but its translucent i believe.
Would it be Yellow, or Florescent Yellow.

when have another one thats opauqe. we call it floresent yellow I believe.

put a note on the order to give you the other chartruse, I will tell april when I see her in a few.

Delw how much nightcrawler did you use to get that color? I tried it and for 4oz plastic with 40 small drops of color got no where near that color. Any suggestions?

Jeff, I cant remember how many drops I'm putting in a cup. I want to say around 60-80. It does take allot, but your correct, I did not think it was dark enough. I have found adding either 4 drops of LC Brown, or 4 drops of MF Cinnamon does the trick. I think thats 4 drops in 4oz.
Having said that, I LOVE Del's Nightcrawler color. the purple in it is awesome.

Thanks Chadk, yea I thought I was doing something wrong with that many drops. But I guess I just needed more. I will try adding the other 2 colors you suggested.

Yea Del's nightcrawler is awesome, that light purple pearl in it gives a nice touch on lighter shades.

I think you'll just need either one or the other of those two colors. Not both.
Either one will darken it up for you.

I'll try to look at my recipe this evening when I get home and refresh my memory. I just poured a bunch last week.
