Fish Oil...

Hey DelW, how do I order the Fish Oil? Also, is the super float plastic what i should use with my toad molds? would be better to use it with my drop shot baits? it might be easier to tell me what not to use it with. thanks

The fish oil seems very popular, I have gotten positive responses from anyone who has had it.
I had sent out everything I had on that fish oil (which smells very nasty and Del has already let me know he will not dispense it for me), so none is left to sell. I was going to put it up next week when my order for it comes in.

I I have some anise, too, but had not sent any samples around. Is anyone using that as a scent?

These scents you can add when heating the plastic or after the worms are made ( add some to the bag they are in).

Which way did you do it, George?

Del will have to answer about the floating plastic. I have not paid much attention it. Except that he has suggested using the floating plastic on part of worm..... so if using it on certain sections of the lure makes it bouyant enough for your purposes you can make the rest of the lure in the less expensive plastic.

It's a scent for the lures. I have had some scents and finally got around to making a decision on having them for the store or not. I guess I am with the fish scent and the garlic for now.

When i used the fish scent sample you sent me i mixed it with the plastic before i poured it. once i can get a good amount of it, i will do both, in the plastic and the bag. I don't know, i like it in the plastic though. it made my baits smell like berkley powerbaits.

Can you test it in clear plastic and see if it discolors the plastic?

sure, next time i get my stuff out. actually i will need some more fish oil. the stuff i got from april poured out clear and left my pumpkin the same color but i will check as soon as april gets more in and i can order some.

also to answer your question april, i only used about a quarter of the bottle you gave me for about half a cup. i tried to conserve it but it was still noticable. for some reason the next morning it really hit me with some stench. but anyway, the stuff is great.

That was a one ounce bottle.

Maybe a dropper would help with the oils. I can get ones that fit the bottle and can be screwed on. You can get droppers at the drug store for cheap, although they don't fit the bottle and would be messier rolling around loose. I'll put them up seperate on the store to keep the oil cost down. You could buy one and reuse it.
