When you check out, if you are not able to choose a shipping method, let us know. I will figure your shipping for you and can change your cart info.

I also noticed that "anonymous" buyers do not have telephone info showing up on thier orders. Please put in your phone number. When I make a FedEx shipping label, your telephone should be on it in case they need to contact you about delivery.

Any other issues you find with it, I would like to hear about.

Also, if the cart forces you to use FedEX when USPS is the shipping you are trying to use I will adjust your shipping charges.

Those security popups on every page are annoying, also. I'll have Del look at that.

The WishList function is neat, but it still isn't working. There are only a couple things that will go into it, and then only one thing at a time. We are trying to get it fixed.

You will be able to put stuff in it and use it for reference at a later date. Like a shopping list.

I can look at the WishLists, it can be used like a gift registry...so if your mom calls and wants suggestions on what to buy you I may be able to tell her.

You will need to be logged in for it to store the info.

You do not need to register on the store to place an order. It will place the order as an "anonymous" user and does not create a customer shopping history.

If you would like a shopping history and to be able to reference tracking numbers, notes, etc. made about your order, you should register and log in.

The registry from the old shopping cart is not on this one. If you are a returning customer, you will need to make a new customer card.

FYI - The order history feature is useful if you do log in for your orders.

To subscribe to the newsletter:

Log in and on the right hand side is " Your Cart".
Listed in that menu is "Modify Profile" .
Click on it, scroll down and click on the box next to "Newslist".
Then click the blue "Submit" button.

If you decide at a later date my newsletters are just alot of useless blather and want to stop receiving them, you can go back and unclick it.

To view your order history: log in on the store, go to "Your Cart" menu on the right hand side. Listed under there is the Order History button.

You can place an order with out logging in, but then you will not have any history on that order to check.

If you do a newsletter, will I be able to just read it on the forum without subscribing?

Ryan,

Not the top secret stuff. Just kidding.

I'm not going to post the newsletters themselves on the forum, but anything that is really important gets posted here anyways.

Over two years, I had sent six of them. Mostly about about changes going on in the store. I sent more before the forum was up. Now I can post things on the fly.

Sometimes I had asked for customer feedback. That got some direct answers from people who wouldn't have bothered signing up for the forum to respond or don't go to the forum.

The wish list function should be working on the shopping cart now.

There is a link for paying adjusted invoices now. You can use this to pay online for invoices that I have adjusted or that have failed on an early attempt.

If you have an order to place, but think it may not be showing correct shipping or you have another question about it, you can choose "check" or "phone" payment. Leave a note on it with your question or send an email. I can adjust the invoice and you can use the link to pay online at your convience.

If your online payment has failed to be processed, you can use the link to pay the total without having to put all the itmes back into the shopping cart. Reference the order number from the original order, as I have a copy of it.

The link is here:

http://www.del-mart.com/shop/home.php?cat=328

In the first box, you put the dollar amount of the order.

In the second box you can put the order number, or a brief description of the service you are paying for. Be sure to add the name the order is under if it is different from the name of the person paying.

Click "Add To Cart" and then it will proceed thru the cart checkout process.

When you click on a catagory, the subcatagories or a list of items show.

If the subcatagories show, click on one to view the items listed in it.

The products in the list have a brief description. To see a detailed description (if there is one), click on the product name.

If you are not logged in when shopping, the shopping cart is using the default state for reference (in this case AZ).

You will be seeing AZ sales tax applied and shipping rates for AZ.

Once you go thru check out and have entered your address, the tax is removed and the shipping rate for your zipcode is figured.

If you would like to see the correct info for your zipcode, you will need to log in.

You can shop with out logging in and pay thru the express check out, but the shipping will probably be higher once you have finished.

Well, two actually:

1. If you do not register, there is no telephone info in case I need to contact you about your order. Or to put on your package in case UPS needs to get a hold of you about your delivery.

You can still use the Express Checkout without logging in for ordering.

2. If I make an invoice for you, you will be able to see it online and print it out. Also, your tracking info will be there and it will be in your order history for future reference.
