Shipping and Handling
Shipping Methods: USPS and FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery
Insurance, delivery confirmation when applicable and packaging costs are included in your shipping charges. Del-Mart's shopping cart will figure the shipping on USPS charges. When it's possible to package and send the order for less than the ship rates charged, we refund the difference in the same manner it was paid.
It is recommended you choose FedEx Ground or Priority USPS. USPS Parcel Post can be very slow, has no tracking, and requires 30 days after shipping before a claim can be made on lost or damaged packages.
FedEx Ground Shipping:
Best choice for shipping plastics and large orders. Good idea if you want to be able to track your packages as FedEx's online tracking service gives you information as packages move through their system.
This method is not currently available on Del-Mart's shopping cart. Please inquire for shipping rates.
USPS Shipping:
USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 business days' delivery. Often molds can be packed in Flat Rates envelopes, which is a saving on cost.
USPS Parcel Post is the most economical, but is often very slow. While the estimated delivery time is quoted on the shopping cart, we have had customers wait 30+ days for delivery.
